My brother-in-law, Nathan Scott, and my friend and business coach, Lauren Forsch, are here to talk goals, motivation, and growth and recognizing your feelings surrounding that process (warning: it can be uncomfortable!). Join us for part two of a three-part podcast to keep you motivated through January and beyond!

Setting big goals can be scary and one thing that helps combat that fear is to recognize your feelings surrounding that process.

What goal(s) do you want to focus on?

How does setting that goal make you feel?

Taking a step outside of your comfort zone forces you to rely on God and your faith in the unknown and uncomfortable! What step can you take right now? 

Limiting beliefs (talked about in book “The Big Leap”) are internal limits or outdated fears that cause you to believe things that are not true and are limiting in your life. (For example, thinking you have to work an 8 to 5 job to be successful is a limiting belief.)

What limiting beliefs do you have? (Write them down and follow it up with the truth!)
