Revisiting Your "Me System" of Self Care


 

Taking good care of yourself (what I call your “Me System” in my book) has never been more important than during this season when things have been turned upside down and makes our world feel chaotic. I always recommend narrowing to one of the four systems and highly recommend starting with a foundation of self-care.

 

How to develop your “Me System” of self-care:

  • Make a list of things you enjoy that fill you up and “spoil” you
  • Get up before your family & feed your soul
  • Pick a pampering evening and honor it
  • Get to know yourself by exploring the Enneagram and other personality tests
  • Know your triggers or burnout signals
